The President’s Volunteer Service Award
The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) launched by President Bush in 2003 is the premier volunteer awards program, encouraging citizens to live a life of service through presidential gratitude and national recognition. We encourage you to take a look around, be inspired and take positive action that changes the world.
Today, the program continues as an initiative of the Corporation for National and Community Service, managed in partnership with Points of Light, an international nonprofit with the mission to inspire, equip, and mobilize people to take action to change the world.
PVSA is an initiative of the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and is administered by Points of Light. Through a shared mission of inspiring more to answer the call to service, the President's Volunteer Service Award celebrates the impact we can all make in bettering our communities and our world.
The Moraga School District administers the program with help from each school's PTA. Please click here to learn more and to apply!
