Eighth Grade Graduation

8th GRADE END OF YEAR PARTY – Beach Boardwalk Friday, May 19, 2023
Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm 

The 8th-grade end-of-year party starts at 7:00 pm. Check-in goes from 7:00-7:15 pm. No early or late check-in. Students may choose to dance, take fun pictures at the photo stations, play games, and dine on pizza, snack foods, and desserts. The party ends at 9:00 pm – please pick up promptly at this time. Students may not leave the premises without a parent or guardian prior to 9:00 pm. To make special arrangements for early/late check-in or to pick up before 9:00 pm, please contact Mr. Plant before May 12.

FUN DAY at BOOMERS Wednesday, May 24, 2023 
Boomers, Livermore, CA 9:10 am - 2:45 pm 

The JM class of 2022 will have exclusive use of Boomers for the day. We’ve negotiated a package with the park and arranged for lunch and transportation. This day includes teacher-supervised bus transportation to and from the park, pizza lunch, unlimited go-karts, miniature golf, laser tag, bumper boats, and non-ticket arcade video games! Graduates can sleep in and meet at JM at 9:10 am. Please note the 9:10 am dropoff, as the bus will be taking off at 9:30 am sharp! They will return to JM at approximately 2:45 pm.  A field trip permission form must be completed for each child attending. GRADUATION CEREMONY Thursday, May 25, 2023
Campolindo High School 5:30 pm 

All graduates must arrive promptly at 4:45 pm and meet on the Campolindo Football Field. The campus map has more information (arrows point to the football field). If your child will not be attending, please notify Mr. Plant. Parents, family, and friends are asked to park in the large parking lot behind the school off of Campolindo Drive and walk up to the football field. Tickets are not necessary, and general seating will be in the bleachers. Accessible seating is available, please fill out this form. The ceremony will last approximately 90 minutes, and two programs will be provided per family.
